Zion Episcopal Church
Zion Episcopal Church is a worshiping community in North Branford, CT dedicated to growing as disciples of Jesus Christ and sharing the Good News through joyful worship, engaging study, participation in outreach, and in our daily lives.
We are blessed with a beautiful worship space and 6 acres of open space in the center of town. Sunday worship takes place at 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Healing prayer services take place periodically during the year. The doors of Zion are open most weekdays for prayer, the hearts of Zion are open to all.
We believe that every human being is a beloved child of God. The Zion community welcomes all who seek the healing love of Christ regardless of age, sex, race, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or socio-economic status.
Sunday Worship, Holy Eucharist Rite 2 takes place at 8 & 10 a.m. Music and childcare are available at the later service. Coffee hour is served after both services.
Summer hours of worship are 8 & 9:30 a.m. from July 6 through September 7
Choir rehearsals are held every Wednesday at 6:30 pm. Choir calls for adults are at 9:15 a.m. Sunday morning. Children's Choir calls are at either 9 a.m. or 11:15 a.m.
Every Thursday at 7 p.m. the Craft Guild meets downstairs in the Erna Cocchiaro room. Come share in fellowship while working on projects to be sold at our annual Fall Fair. Please contact coordinator Lisa Latham (email@example.com) to find out the schedule.
AA meets here 3 days a week. Sunday, Thursday and Friday from 6:30 -8:30 p.m.
